Solitary witches know what they want--to work with natural and supernatural forces in their own way. They might draw upon aspects of handed-down practice or pantheons, but fundamentally, they make magic in a unique way, guided by their own experience, knowledge of the natural world, and direct and personal interaction with the spirits.
