Friends and I went for a walk along some ponds near the ocean in late winter. The sun set and the water was absolutely still. The beauty of this peaceful scene was so restorative to our souls. As we walked into the growing darkness, three owls called secrets to each other. Nature reminds us to notice its profound beauty. Its spirit can heal us, if we let it.
