I was inspired to create this image by the paintings of Georgia O'Keefe, who is one of my favorite artists. She painted daturas, a native plant often found growing wild around her home in Taos, several times, rendering it the sensuality it deserved. For me, Datura Spirit was the first plant spirit to approach me. Many years later, I still love its sinister beauty and dangerous nature. A jangler of keys, this plant spirit is associated with Hekate in my experience with it. Click on image to see large view.
