Deep in the night, houses come loose from the earth and float silently in the darkness. The residents aren't bothered by this; the houses make their own gravity. They drift along, to settle gently somewhere--in the middle of a field, in the dark woods, by the shore--wherever they think it best. 

The original mixed media surreal painting is 16 x 20" on archival watercolor paper and should be framed behind glass or acrylic.
